How to reply to private support request thread

    Hello. I posted a private support request early this morning . I got a response from a staff member (“irwinkochua”) but do can not figure out how to reply to his response. Ultimately, he wants me to confirm my request to connect my domain name to Wix. I clicked on the link emailed to me, which is supposed to allow me to follow my private message. But it just takes me to a forum home page listing hundreds of public threads, and I cannot find my message so I am unable to respond to the staff member.

    Thanks raincoaster. The link took me to a page with the topics that I have posted (including the post linked to this thread ). I clicked on the private post thread which I’m trying to reply to. It again just linked me to that main forum page. But when I clicked on this public thread that I started, it took me to a page that allowed me to reply to You. Any more suggestions?

    I’m sorry about the trouble with the forum link. You can change the name servers on your domain to point to your Wix.com site following the instructions here:

    Change a Domain’s Name Servers
