How to report an entire WordPress site for harassment and abuse
-
I am a victim of targeted harassment on a WordPress-powered blog that has targeted multiple people. Essentially every post is harassing or abusing someone specific. Is there a way to report the entire site to WordPress directly? I’m worried about just reporting individual posts, in case the user gets an email saying “this post about this person specifically violated our terms,” in case it leads to retaliation against that specific person. Thanks for any assistance!

Much depends on where that site is hosted. If the site is hosted here on WordPress.com, the hosting provider, you can follow this guide to report it. https://wordpress.com/support/report-blogs/
If the site is using the open source WordPress software hosted someplace else (not on WordPress.com) then you need to directly contact that site’s web hosting provider.
You can get some basic information about where a website is hosted by doing a WHOIS query or by using our Site Profiler. https://wordpress.com/site-profiler
WordPress is just software that anyone can download, set up and use to publish a website. We can’t help with this if the site isn’t hosted here. Best wishes.
