  Hello,

  If you cancel the upgrades within the refund window, you get the refund automatically.

  Hi there – The cancelation was complete and a refund has been processed. If you need a refund receipt, you can grab that here https://wordpress.com/me/billing/

  Refunds are processed right away by WordPress.com. It can take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days for your bank to add the funds back into your account.
