How to request refund when Cancel & Refund button now showing

  How do I request a refund when I can not see the Cancel & Refund button showing on the store or my upgrades page anywhere?

  I need the following refunded.

  Custom Design – $30
  Video Press – $60
  No Ads – $30
  10GB – $10

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I’ve refunded these for you. They were all set to auto-renew. It doesn’t look like you have other upgrades currently active, but if you do choose to upgrade in the future, you can select to not auto-renew these options.

  It can take up to 7 days for these to reappear on your statement; it usually takes fewer days, but PayPal advises up to a week.
