how to request WooCommerce USPS shipping label cancellation

    We regularly use WooCommerce to print USPS shipping labels, and find this very convenient. On rare occasions, we need to cancel a shipping label. I’ve read the WordPress.com/Automattic terms of service, and see that these requests should be made via wp-admin within 30 days, but there’s no explanation of how this works. Can someone explain how to make such a request. Step by step! I’m sure we’re not the only store that needs to do this now and again. Thank you!
