how to reset my site to remove whatever is causing the critical error

  I am still currently building my site and am having issues with a critical error that prevents me from managing plugins or editing my site. I am at the point where I feel like starting the site from scratch will be the quickest thing as this has been going on for days and I can’t get a response from wordpress when asking for help.

  How do I go about basically ‘resetting to factory’?
