How to resize photos in WP On an iPad

  Until about a week ago I was able to size the photo I wanted to upload. Small, medium, large. Then one morning I was no longer seeing this as an option. I am using the WP app in an iPad.
  Why has is option disappeared. Please do not tell me to go to the web site, media, etc….
