How to resolve a renewal issue without a customer service phone number?

    I just received an email saying my auto-renewal did not work but there is no phone number to connect with customer service to see what happened and correct any issue. How do you reach customer service?

    Howdy –

    The domain expiration on offthematyogablog.com does not actually expire until 2019-01-13 — You’ve got time to get it sorted.

    This is exactly the situation of why we process these 1 month in advance though. That way, the user has time to reach us when something goes wrong with the payment, and they don’t lose their domain to expiration.

    The domain registration needs to be manually renewed since the auto processing failed. To do that, head over to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ and click on

    – the domain
    – renewal link (in red)
    – enter payment and submit

    Let me know once that’s done and I can confirm it has been successful.
