How to resthuore my domain name

I created blog for my group
mzed.wordpress.com but it was connetcted with two other my blogs, so I decided to delete it and create new one, but it wrights that domain is occupied, what shall I do?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Once deleted, you cannot reclaim a blog

If you delete a blog you will not be able to get it back and no one else will be able to use that blog name. You must be sure you never want to use the blog again if you delete it. -

There were very clear warnings during the deletion process, and in the email confirmation that you had to reply to in order to complete the deletion process.
That blog URL is gone forever.

Hmmn.. So if someone sets up a blog and never uses it,like:
http://justscribble.wordpress.com/
and if it’s deleted, I can *never* have it.

You can attempt to contact the party who has that blog. They may agree to transfer it to you as described here or not.
