How to restore a backed up database from Better Wp Security?

    So, before starting to touch anything ,i made a backup of my database via Better WP Security. Now, after messing up things on my website, i want to know how to restore the backup i made. So,i need to go to phpmyadmin but which database should i choose?thank in advance
