How to restore a blog from its backup? Please. help

Yesterday, I had a verion of my blog. Today, when I search the theme list, accidentally, the theme of my blod becomes something dìfferent. When I reload the old theme to my bload, all the items in the left column were lost.
I tried to restore my blog from a backup version, but I had where to go. Please help.

The widgets you had in your sidebar should be in the “inactive widgets” area at appearance widget, down below the “available widgets” area. You can temporarily collapse the “available widgets” section by clicking on the right end of the title bar for that section.
Widget content is not exported with you create an export file.

From reading your description it sounds like you just need to reactivate the widgets by clicking on the widget link on your left navigation panel via your dashboard… Once you land on the widget panel page you will see a list of inactive widgets at the bottom of the page in the “Inactive Widget section” locate your missing widgets here and then re-drag them to there appropriate spots in the widget panel on the right of the screen…
If for some reason your old widgets are not there then the only option is to manually set them up again because there is no backup option for widgets…
