How to restore Kubrik theme heading

  My Kubrik theme heading is not displaying at all . Similar problem a few weeks ago.
  I cleared cache and cookies (I think) but that made it worse because layout changed. However, it put itself right overnight, but still no theme heading.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have exactly the same problem with my 2 Kubrick blogs. Since a couple of days no header is displayed. Regardless of computer or web browser.
  The same happened some time ago was was corrected, presumably by blog management.
