how to restore my previous custom menu?

  Trying to ‘remove the page titles so they don’t appear in the body og the page’, I only want to remove the word Home on the page, then I messed up and all my custom menus and sub-menus disappe!!!! please help. I don’t have enough time to fix this problem and my site is now public. II am stuck with words and phrases in th forum and I am a beginner in website building. Please guide me through with one on one instructions. Thank you very much, Katherine
