Hi there,
I just checked your blog, and everything looks right to me. You may have manually adjusted your browser zoom? You can test this by holding “control” and “0” at the same time – that tells the browser to reset to the normal viewing size.
Let me know if this doesn’t help and we’ll keep troubleshooting!

Dear zandyring:
Bingo! Bob’s your uncle! My first visit to a forum and I’m made well again. It worked; thank you for sharing your knowledge. Very much obliged. Bill -

Yesterday, after correcting the “size” issue beautifully, my primary Blog went awry; hamonhaus.wordpress.com has seemed to lose it’s graphics, etc. An error notice said that I needed to enable java. Java 6 is still on my pc. The notice said that Firefox’s new version objections are overcome by downloading 6 & 7 (java). Graphics are also now “gone” from my other blogs as well. I must of done something wrong yesterday. Van you assist or must I start over with a new request for help. This seems very serious because I’m stuck.

Hi there,
If it eases your mind at all, I can see your blog just fine, which makes it sound like it is indeed just a problem with your browser (other users won’t see a problem, so we have time to fix it!).
This is the place to get the latest version of Java (Java 7): http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
So you’ll want to go there to download it and get the latest version running (it should give you all the instructions to do so). You MIGHT need to re-start your computer when you’re done, but the change should be immediate.
Just let me know how it goes!

Well, I’ve downloaded both the 32 & 64 bit Java’s and they haven’t had the desired effect. I checked two of my blog-sites and my facebook: “no graphics”! Also, I’ve had a perennial error message for months that may or may not be significant (I’m really in over my head on this PC) :

Yes, remove those old Java installations – you don’t want them interfering. They should automatically remove, but if they don’t, you can remove them yourself.
You can also try using a different browser (I recommend Google Chrome) to see if this is a problem stemming from your computer or from Firefox itself.

zandyring:
Your help was great. It was hectic but, I downloaded IE 10, deleted (forever) Firefox (for messing me up) and am now fully restored on all accounts/blogs, scanner, downloads, etc. I was dead in the water and lost. Thanks to you; may you and “Bob” have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Bill Hamon
