how to restore the default contact page/form ?

  i tried to change the default contact page and lost
  the contact form that it contained. since i was not
  able to restore the contact form i deleted the whole
  contact page.

  how to start from scratch with a fresh contact page ?
  i could not find any corresponding widgets.

  Hi @rewted, I can see a blank contact page right now. Can you try re-adding a form using these tips?
