How to restore the site with Cpanel full backup?

  Hi, guys
  I face a problem about restore a website,
  I create a full site backup, but it seems can not restore it,
  Do WordPress have plugins to do that?
  I mean it’s better to create a backup and restore together.
  It’s for my E-commerce site with WordPress blog.
