How to restore the website

  My website is deleted and i have backup in my hosting so how i can restore my website and make it live again
  Also I am not able to login to wp-admin panel

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, the site you’ve linked doesn’t appear to have much content posted recently. To confirm, is that the site you are referring to? If not, what is the URL of your website?

  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
