  How can we restrict users not to upload php files on website forms ?

  Can you provide some more detail as to what you are referring? I looked at your blog and there is no content yet, so I’m not sure where/why you’re having this issue.

  There isn’t really an option for users to upload files on forms here at WordPress.com, if that is at all useful.
