How to retain WordPress.com Stats

  I have a WordPress.com blog since 2008, since its a free WordPress service I am using so far and so the stats they provide me. I am now looking to migrate my blog to WordPress.org, with an independent domain name. I am worried about my Traffic stats that I have with me for so long with my free WordPress blog.

  I will lose all of my stats once I migrate? My domain name will be totally different now, using Jetpack plugin for my WordPress.org blog will track the traffic for my new domain. What will happen to my existing stats? Will I be able to retain it?
