how to retrieve blog contents from trash?

  had to trash blog entries; some didnt show up and put everything out of order. how to retrieve them from trash now, one at a time?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You can only retrieve your trashed contents within 30 days from the time the content was trashed. After this period, it is permanently deleted. You can read more here https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleted-posts-and-pages/

  There are currently 13 posts in the trash and they can be restored using these steps:

  Delete a Page or Post
