  My company has been a Polldaddy survey user for some years. Accidentally, we forgot to renew our subscription, which expired. How to retrieve our old surveys, now that we have restored our premium account?

  I’ll flag this for staff attention, as I don’t think its something that you can do yourself. Please be patient, it might take a while fro them to get around to your thread.

  Thank you, it’s really important for my company.
  Note: we have not changed our user/password, our account is still de same, we have just lost… all its content!
