how to retrieve old emails

Hi, I have recently restore my WordPress website from a backup. My website was offline and hosting service was deleted from Provider’s side 15 days ago. I am now in touch with the email proivder TITAN MAIL to rescue my email archive for the email account associated with my domain. But they are telling me that my “email order is deleted by WODPRESS” and that “WordPress should reorder email from it is end”. Would you be able to let me know what does this can mean and is there a way to get back my old emails?

Hi, sorry for the missing information. Actually, my main domain address with TITAN mail is mercadabra.com. I have several email inboxes connected to titan through this domain including inbox addresses for gurrex.es. I would appreciate it if you can have a look at it. thank you.

We don’t have records of those domains being registered or connected to WordPress.com. So, I believe you’ve purchased the email hosting from a different company.
Please check with your hosting provider and see if you purchased email hosting from them.
