how to reuse site?

  I registered for a wordpress site and URL and later deleted the site and content. The URL is still in my account and how can I start using that URL again and create the wordpress site for that?

  Typically if it is deleted only an admin can restore the url. You should reach out to WP Support directly.

  What is the URL you want to use?

  If you deleted the site at My Site ->Settings ->Delete Site, then that site is gone. Deleting a site removes both the content AND the URL permanently, and there is no way to restore it.
