how to reverse order of posts?

I would like to have my first post appear at the top of my blog, and the most recent at the end – how can I do this with WordPress?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no option to reverse the ordering of your blog posts (reverse-chronological is the default and only option available). However, if you want an older post to appear at the front/top of your blog, you can use the “sticky” status on it:

Also, be aware that you should not try to make each and every post on your blog a sticky post. This feature is meant for only one or two posts to remain stuck to the top.
Using lots of stickies will result in a mess of out of order posts: confusion.

I have two different wordpress blogs. One shows the last post first and the other is showing the last post last. I see here that you said it is not an option, so why are they different. I want the last post to be first one when opened on both. Did making one post sticky affect that?
