How to revert back to saved theme and content

    I am managing multiple WordPress accounts. In the process of changing a theme for one of the other accounts, it accidentally overrode my main blog. How do I revert back (prior version) to be able to bring back my previous theme with all the content and assets. My blog has almost a year’s worth of work and changes that I don’t want to lose.
