  Hi, I have developed a website using wordpress and transferred it to staging.com for using a customized theme. I have made payments for an annual subscription,and the money has been deducted however I dont see it in my purchases.
  Where can I find the invoice of the money that has been deducted?

  It seems that you have accessed the wrong account. The subscriptions were purchased from the account discoverstem1gmailcom. You will want to log out and log into the correct account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing to find your receipts.
