How to rezise existing images

  Yoko theme. Since WP has changed, I can’t see how to edit pictures in Media to make them smaller. I used to get options to change the size, now when I try to edit I can only flip/crop/rotate. Can you help? I know how to rezise before I add items to the blog, but how do I resize them (from the free version) once they are in the blog/media library itself?
