How to save and Publish
-
This is my first attempt at Word Press. I have attempted to change the first panels background picture but I do not see any tabs to save my selection, only a preview tab. How do I save?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can use the Customizer to make changes. It allows you to preview and then if you’re okay with it you can save the changes you made.

Hi @modernmissionarycom, are you talking about adding CSS at Customize > CSS? If so, you would need the WordPress.com Premium Plan upgrade, which includes Custom Design and the ability to save and apply custom CSS.

Hi there, to save and apply custom CSS, you would need the WordPress.com Premium Plan upgrade, which includes the Custom Design feature.
You can try out and preview custom design/CSS before you buy as explained here.

I too cannot figure out how to “Save” anything I do. Where is the “Save” button? I do not need “custom CSS”. Just how to save on the basic plan. Thank you.

In order to save Custom CSS, you have to have the WordPress.com Premium Plan or WordPress.com Business plan upgrade, which include the Custom Design feature.
You can try out and preview custom CSS before you buy as explained here.
@joylandhk, I see you have the WordPress.com Premium Plan> upgrade. To add custom CSS, Go to Customize > CSS, delete all the informational text in that window, and put in your custom CSS. The save and publish button is at the top of the left panel in the customizer.
