how to save new projects added to portfolio

    1. I completed all the project settings, added categories and featured image to display, inserted and saved featured image
    2. when I try to click on blue rectangle ( Hazy with word publish) at top right, nothing seems to happen.
    3. I then try to go to menu on left side of page and get message box at top center: ‘you have unsaved material. do you still want to leave?

    Hi there,

    This sounds like a caching issue, so the first thing to try is to clear the browser cache.

    However, if your project isn’t fully saved, that could lead to some content being lost, so first copy all the content and paste it into Notepad for safekeeping (a plaintext editor like Notepad is better than a word processor like MS Word in this case). Then clear the browser cache and refresh the editor window.

    Let us know if the Publish button is still unclickable after you do this.
