How to seach tags on WP.com?

  How do you search the tags on WordPress? I want to find a certain tag, but there’s no search bar! Or say if I click on “cooking”, how could I search for “meatloaf”, etc?
  This really shouldn’t be that hard, am I just missing where/how to do this or does it not exist?
