How to search for tags location

  I have tried to used the search button and had said that the Human Rights Tags does not exist but when I created it in my blog the tags site then I click on that tag that list all the bolgs pertaining to that tag shows up.

  Also looking for other key tags that related to my blog but all I find any the most common tags what about those that have not made list how do you search for those tagas.

  I had found out how to do just by going into the tag of a know location got URL
  address then just sub it with a different tag name
  Just like below
  http://en.wordpress.com/tag/human-rights/
  http://en.wordpress.com/tag/Travel/
