  • Hi there,

I’m not sure that I understood your issue can you share what the URL of the page is where we can see this issue? We would like to take a closer look.

Also can you tell us a bit about what used to be there versus what you see there now, so that we can know more about the missing content we are looking for? Do you recall any other changes you were making around this time to your site in case they may be related? Were you editing a different part of your site and that seemed to have the effect of removing the content on the page in question?

    Thanks for the additional info!

The default main page for https://adminbox.com/ have now changed this afternoon and now with a generic page – but I need what I had last night and even unlight at noon today with our page. Very different page now, now with a generic WordPress page. How can I get back to the default fault page again that was the default for https://adminbox.com/

Can you describe what that looked like? What kinds of text and images would I find there? Did you have section names of some kind and if so do you recall what a few of them are? It will help us to take a look if we can have an idea of what we are looking for. Thanks!

I am trying to expand the web pages but somehow wordpress is not understanding.

I paid $40 to create our account but am asked now $300 extra by wordpress – not understanding at all – and not clarifying this $300 or any other option I would like to add.

For example, I am trying to add a “Plugin” called “Copy Anything to Clipboard” (By Mahesh M. Waghmare). It’s free but I cannot add this Plugin? When I tries to add it and wants me to pay $300 and complications. Can you look into this and fix it please, and make it easy for me to add free Plugins? Thanks.

  • Hi there,

It’s not possible to add plugins unless your site is upgraded to our business hosting (included under the Business and Commerce plans) since this will give your site the dedicated resources you need to add plugins while still maintaining the best performance possible. You can click the “Learn more” link in the card below to compare plan features.

For sites on our personal plan it’s not possible to install plugins (the hosting is not adequate for this purpose) but if you can tell us more about the “copy to clipboard” functionality you are seeking, we can look and confirm if it’s possible on the Personal Plan using our built-in tools.

Is there other functionality you are looking to add as well? If you can tell us more about your plans for this site and what you hope it will accomplish for you, we’re happy to confirm if that is possible under the Personal Plan currently on your site.

    Thanks for the additional info!
