How to select a specific pic when publishing to Facebook

    I published my post and it posts it to Facebook. However, it picked a picture that I didn’t want. Anyway to be specific on the main picture?

    Also, if I like my blog address on FB, it shows an old post. Anyone know why?

    If you input the post address in Facebook you can choose the picture shown. For post automatically publish to Facebook I haven’t been able to select the shown photo myself.
