How to select the featured post on blog homepage

  I just switched themes to “Structure” and went through selecting featured images for each of my posts. However, now it shows my first post in the featured section on my homepage, instead of my most recent. I was just wondering if I overlooked something that allows me to select which post gets featured there. Thanks!
