Hi there, the Classic Editor in MySites has been retired. If you wish to use the original WP Classic Editor you will find it in your WP Admin dashboard. Here is a guide that may assist you https://wordpress.com/support/classic-editor-guide/ However, using that editor is a temporary solution. Using the Classic Block gives you a similar experience. how do I add a form created by Adobe Pro Dc and how do I submit it to an email account. Also, how do I add a confirmation response after the form was has been submitted?

Hello again, Is the form a PDF? If so, you can upload it to your Media Library. As to how to work with the form once someone has downloaded it, my thought is that might require a plugin and that would require upgrading your site to Business.
Alternatively, you might try something like JotForm https://wordpress.com/support/forms/jotform/ or WuFoo https://wordpress.com/support/forms/wufoo/
