how to send email to a special email

  hi

  i have a contac page,and vistors write their email,then send email to my special
  email (eg: (email visible only to moderators and staff)) after submite.
  i’d like to know ,code and process, i know little to code.

  another reslove is, after vistors submit,save the form info,then i can see a list from my site ,how can i do
