How to send message in account recovery form without proof of property ?

  In a recent message, someone said that the only solution to my problem was to send a message via the account recovery form. The problem is that if you don’t tick any of the proofs requested (and I don’t have any of them), the message can’t be sent. Is there any other assistance/mediation available?
