How to send subscription mail to my friends..

    I wish to send subscription mail to my friends.. If they accept, they will get a mail when i post in my blog. But i dont know how to do that.. I have searched the dashboard.. I couldnt find anything..Please help.. I have a big list who will follow me but am not able to give request!

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    For starters add the Subscribe Widget, and RSS Widget to your sidebar

    Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets

    Then send a plain email to your friends with a link to your blog inviting them to follow your site. There is no way for you to send a mass email from WordPress.COM – that would be considered spamming so that is why they (and all reputable) systems have an opt-in system and no mass emails.

    PS: not a lot of your friends will really subscribe – just they way it seems to work most of the time.
