How to send the content of a blogg by e-mail?

  Hi,

  If I would like to recomend a blogg to another person by sending the hole “article” with e-mail, how do I do that?
  I have seen that I can use the “snapshot” when i comes to sending pictures an so on, but how do I send “text”?
