how to separate Gsuite accnt from WordPress

    in 2017 i set up a wordpress website with a custom domain purchased via godaddy. i also set up a Gsuite account via WordPress to have email using my domain name. everything worked as it should. some time ago i closed down my website and kept the Gsuite because i still used the email. a couple days ago i set up a bigcartel estore and transfered back the domain to godaddy completely forgetting about the Gsuite… now my email doesnt work and i’m not sure how i can dissociate the Gsuite from WordPress.
    can anyone help?

    Hi there,

    I am not able to see the settings for your GoDaddy domain, but it sounds like when you connected to Big Cartel you did it in a way that broke the connection to your G Suite account with us.

    You can restore service by contacting GoDaddy support, and asking them to add the following G Suite MX records listed here: https://support.google.com/a/answer/174125?hl=en

    Once those are added at GoDaddy, you should have working email as usual. Hope this helps point you in the right direction!

    thanks, but since WordPress is billing me for Gsuite directly, how will billing work then?

    You’ll still renew your GSuite license with us. Alternatively, you can cancel that and purchase a new GSuite license through your vendor of choice, including Google directly.
