How to separate the pages on home page

How do I separate the pages at the top of the home page and stop them from overlapping?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, I don’t think I’m seeing anything overlapping in Firefox 30 and Chrome 35 on Mac OS 10.9.3.
Are you referring to your homepage menu?
1. Could you please upload a screenshot to help in troubleshooting?
Here’s a guide on how to make a screenshot, if you’re not sure: http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/
You can upload the screenshot – in a graphic format like JPG, PNG, or PDF – in your Media Library so I can see it. Thanks.
2. What device, browser/version and operating system are you seeing this in? Visit http://supportdetails.com/ if you’re not sure.

I am not sure if I’m explaining myself correctly. What I mean is the gray bar at the top (home, about, contact us, etc.). Could it be that I have too many pages. I just don’t like how the gray bar looks.

Yes, I didn’t want the two lines. Thank you so much. I added sub-menus and it looks much better now. Thanks again.
