how to separate the secondary blog from the primary blog
-
I have a secondary blog built under the primary blog account. Is there anyway I can make the secondary blog as a stand alone blog without linking with the primary one?
Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes. When we register a username account here the email address we provide becomes our unique identifier. When we are logged into WordPress.com and register a blog it’s registered to that username account we are logged in under and to the email address which is our unique identifier. We can register as many blogs as we wish and provided we are using the same username account then all the blogs will be registered under it and the associated email account.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/In order to completely separate the blogs that are not associated with each other you register another username account using a different email address when you are logged out of WordPress.com. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/ Then you add the new username account as an official user of the blog, and designate them (ie. you) as an Admin. Next you transfer one of the blogs to the new username account using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

I’m wondering of it is possible to do that using the same name as the blog to be transferred. For example if I already have a blog named “xxxx.wordpress.com” can I register as user “xxxx” and transforer that blog to that user? Or does the fact that blog already exists prevent me from registering that user?
FYI, I do have 2 blogs. I created the 2nd one by creating a whole new user first, just as if I did not have this one, complete with a different email address. So both my blogs have the user name and blog name matching (aside from having mapped this one to a hostname in my own domain name). My intent for any future blogs (I have a couple more to move over here) is to do exactly the same to keep things orderly.

@chinesefoodaround … your blog is marked private. I look forward to when you will have something public about Chinese food.
