how to set a background for selected (about me) post?

    HI, I’m trying to set a background image to my ‘about’ post so that my text and links appear on top of my background image.
    I’ve already researched quite a bit and have tried editing the post HTML but nothing has worked for me.

    My blog is a wordpress.com so cannot install plugins ect.

    I’m pretty new to WordPress so will need instruction for dummies.
