How to set Automatic Renewal of domain mapping?

One of our blogs is set for Manual Renewal of domain mapping. How do I change it to Automatic Renewal?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard and go to Store–> My Upgrades. You should see an “enable auto renew” button next to the upgrade that doesn’t have auto renew.

    Nope. That’s why I’m writing.

    Any ideas?

See below for everything found there (I’d upload a screen cap but that’s not a feature here :) )

    Domain: compost-blog.com
    Domain Mapped to WordPress.com
    Purchased by (xyzzy)
    Learn More
    Domain Settings
    Status: Active, Manual Renewal

This upgrade will expire in 12 months on February 3, 2015

    $13.00 USD per year
    $0.04 per day

  • Ah, it looks like the account that owns that upgrade is not the account that you are posting from. Could you have used a different WordPress.com account to purchase the upgrade in the past?
