  I was wondering how to set my blogs to where I have to approve them before the comments get posted?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This page > Settings > Discussion
  Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments. For Moderation see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-moderation
