How to set media order for the WordPress.com Reader?

When I have multiple pictures in a post, the WordPress.com Reader will show the first one big and the others as thumbnails, in the order they occur in the post. However, when I embed a video from Youtube that takes precedence, even if it is at the bottom of the post. I would prefer if it didn’t, because usually pictures are my own while videos are things I recommend, and I would thus like the picture to be featured prominently in the reader. Is that possible, and if yes, how?

I feel exactly the same way as you do but as far as I know we have absolutely no control over how things display in the Reader.
