How to set the share to G to Public

The auto share to G+ sends a post to my G+ , but it’s sent as a Private post. Where/how can this be set so the consequent post is Public?
The share button sets a Public post. The auto share does not not. Why?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
