How to set the size limit of the email/post notification

It has been so long since I changed this on my own blog, I cannot remember how to make it so that just a portion of the post is sent out to email subscribers, when I make a post.
Any help is greatly appreciated.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
