How to set up a contact form
-
Basically I want to set up a contact form somewhere in my blog so that people whom want to contact me can. I prefer that there is just something written like ”Contact” and when the person clicks on it something pops up, the person writes their message and I’m emailed. Any ideas?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The following explains how to make a contact page here.

Make sure and do not copy paste the code, type it in and type it into the HTML tab, not the visual tab.

Yes, we can have contact forms on all free blogs from and being free hosted by WordPress.COM. The instructions are found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
However that will only work on a free blog from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM and you have failed to provide the URL for the blog in question so we do not know if you are referring to a wordpress.COM blog or a wordpress.ORG install. See here >
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/please-read-me-first-before-posting?replies=1Here’s how to link your username to your blog in your blog Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ and fill in the the complete URL for your wordpress.com blog starting with http:// and then save changes.

That’s because no mark-up IS allowed. That’s to protect the blog owner from people who might send malicious code. Or those stupid chain letters full of dancing bunny gifs.
