How to set up a page to link to different website/forum. (via: CSS)

  Hey does anyone know how to get a Page to link when clicked to a different website when its clicked so that I can add an external forum.

  Because I am having few problems at the moment and really need the help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
